Verjuice (derived from the French term ‘vert jus’, meaning green juice) is the juice from unfermented, unripened grapes. This zesty juice is a great alternative to lemon juice or vinegar and is used as a delicate culinary condiment for a range of dishes as wide as the inventive chef’s imagination.
The grapes used to make this quality verjuice are grown according to the Biodynamic standards of Organic production and are harvested and graded by hand. It is then carefully processed without the use of any additives or preservatives whatsoever.

What are Free Radicals?
Free radicals are 'rogue' molecules released in our body as a result of excess oxidation that takes place due to environmental pollution, exposure to excessive amounts of radiation including UV rays, smoking and other contaminants as well as poor dietary habits. This can lead to healthy cell destruction which in turn contributes to ill health. Free radical damage also takes place as part of the normal ageing process.
What can help to control it?
Grape Seeds contain antioxidant compounds known as oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs). Grape Seeds may help to reduce or even prevent the rate at which oxidative damage occurs. OPCs help to prevent damage to the Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) content of cells and also inhibit some aspects of the Aging Process by enhancing the body's renewal of Collagen and inhibiting excessive Cross-Linking, (a reduction in flexibility, elasticity and functionality).
Grape Skin from dark grapes contains a compound known as resveratrol, which promotes healthy cardiovascular functioning, inhibiting abnormal blood clotting and minimizes the interaction between free radicals and LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol), and increases HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol) helping to keep the arteries clear and flexible.
What is ProAntioX?
